Purpose and Scope

The purpose of this procedure is to ensure that Vento has established a clear CSR Policy and to ensure that the Policy is communicated to all employees/subcontractors and other relevant interested parties.  

 

CSR Policy

It is Vento’s objective to work ethically, considering human rights as well as the social, economic and environmental impacts in all our daily services. 

The 10 principles of UN Global Compact are a natural part of how VENTO corporate with customers, suppliers and other interested parties all over the world. 

 

We are committed to: 

  • Continuously improve the working environment of our employees/subcontractors according to our H&S Policy 
  • Continuously reduce our impact to the environment according to our Environmental policy 
  • Complying with applicable laws and other relevant requirements 
  • Meet all ethical standards for human rights, labor and anti-corruption 
  • Retain our employees/subcontractors with us in cases of injury or disease, where this effort is possible

We expect all employees/subcontractors take responsibility to perform a social and ethical behavior in the daily working with customers, subcontractors and other interested parties. Employees/subcontractors are also responsible for constantly focusing on possible improvements according to CSR. 

The CSR Policy is placed on the company's website to ensure availability to all interested parties.
